Bloom & Zoom Photography’s Terms & Conditions.

ENGAGEMENT & SERVICES
The agreement is between Bloom & Zoom Photography and the client named in the photography contract. Our terms and conditions apply to all previous, current and future clients. The client wishes to engage Bloom & Zoom Photography and Bloom & Zoom Photography accepts the engagement to provide the services to the client and produce digital photographs delivered via a dropbox link sent to clients email address to access their online gallery.

SESSION BOOKING FEES & DEPOSIT INFORMATION
A non refundable deposit of $40.00 is required at the time of booking to reserve an agreed upon session date and service. This deposit amount will be deducted from the final costs still owing for the session. Proof of payment of is required if paying via bank transfer.  Images will not be released until full payment of session has been received/cleared. Payment owing needs to be paid the day before the photo shoot commences or on the day of the shoot.  

LOCATION
Bloom & Zoom Photography reserves the right to choose the photoshoot location after consulting with client.

TRAVEL FEE
Bloom & Zoom Photography reserves the right to possibly charge a travel fee to clients session fee, if location is outside Redland City areas. Travel fee is based on an hourly travel rate of $90 per hour.

RESHEDULE / CANCELATION / REFUNDS
Bloom & Zoom Photography asks that should you need to cancel your session, 48 hours notice is given. If no alternative session is discussed and rescheduled, the booking deposit will be forfeited. If the need to reschedule arises, Bloom & Zoom Photography will consult with the client to arrange a new photoshoot date. Rescheduled dates will depend on Bloom & Zoom Photography’s availability. In the event of inappropriate weather that is not appropriate to conduct a session, the session will be rescheduled to the next available time.
Bloom & Zoom photography reserves the right to reschedule due to sickness and or any other circumstances.
Bloom & Zoom Photography has the right to cancel sessions immediately if aggressive behaviour or harassment in person or via written correspondence is observed. No refund will be issued and no images will be released in these circumstances.
Refunds are decided and issued solely at the discretion of Bloom & Zoom Photography. 
Bloom & Zoom Photography reserves the right to decline a refund.

IMAGES & EDITING
Image format will be edited, high resolution JPEG files. Please be sure Bloom & Zoom Photography's aesthetic and style is the style you are looking for. Bloom & Zoom Photography has the right to have full creative control over images. Images will be edited in both colour and black and white tones and will reflect Bloom & Zoom Photography’s brand. Bloom & Zoom Photography’s work is continually evolving and is of a unique and artistic nature. Photos taken may be different from those taken in the past. Please do not ask for RAW files. Bloom & Zoom Photography do not send clients the RAW files for a few reasons. RAW files are unfinished images. RAW files are unedited and therefore are not an accurate representation of Bloom & Zoom Photography’s work or and Bloom & Zoom Photography’s brand. Unlike JPEGs, RAW files are not universally compatible and require specific software to view them. Furthermore, unlike JPEG files, which are automatically processed in camera, RAW format captures data with the intent of processing and editing to make a final image. Bloom & Zoom Photography cannot provide RAW files. Bloom & Zoom Photography will be delivering the retouched/edited images for your use, as these are the final product and properly reflect the quality of Bloom & Zoom Photography’s work and brand.

GALLERY DELIVERY
When your gallery is ready to be sent, Bloom & Zoom Photography will send you an email. In this email you will find an online gallery to view and download your images. This gallery will be password and pin protected with a unique password and pin specifically designated to you. All client galleries will remain active for 2 weeks after delivery. After the two-week period, the gallery will be archived. If you wish to reopen your gallery, an archival fee will apply of $40.
